NOTES
NOTE:Violators of the following rules and regulations will be denied entry and or will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
To all arriving persons
- Only the people who are competing in prelim are allowed to enter.
- At the site, it is prohibited to go to other floor, going out to balcony, eating and drinking, and usage of lighter and matches. Anything that will cause danger to other people are prohibited.
- Prelim will be held at public facility. Please do not disturb other people who are in the facility for different purpose.
- Practicing and/or maintaining the yoyo outside of the meeting where contest is held is prohibited.
- Since it is an event for yoyo contest, there is a chance that people can get injured from getting hit by a yoyo. Please be aware during the contest. People playing also needs to make sure that there's no people or thing around before play.
Also, during the 44CLASH event, if ther is any stolen/lost valuables, damaging property, injury/ accident, 44CLASH and the facility are not responsible.(If anyone causes any damage such as breaking the lights, window, defiling a facility, person must pay for the damage.
Eating/Drinking and Smoking
- Eating and drinking is allowed in the meeting room where contest will be held at.(Alcohol is not allowed)
However, please make sure to clean up your mess and take home your trash. - Smoking is not allowed in the facility and the streets nearby.
If anyone is caught for smoking in these areas, person will be disqualified even if the person makes into Final, and will be asked to leave the contest.
If you see anyone smoking in these area, please let the staff know.
If anyone wants to smoke, please go into the closest restaurant or cafe so it won't cause any trouble to residents who live by the facility.
Re-entering to the contest
- Re-entering the site is allowed only during the prelim.
However, we are not responsible if the player gets disqualified for not making it back on time when it's that player's turn.
■Picture taking and shooting video■
- During competition, only the taking of pictures without camera flash will be allowed. Shooting of video is strictly prohibited. Once the staff catches anyone violating this rule, the file will be deleted and your video camera will be confiscated. It will not be returned until the end of the contest.
■Manners■
- Please turn off your mobile phones or keep them on silent mode while inside the venue.
- Admission fee is absolutely non refundable.
- Cheering and applauding is generally permitted during the performances, however shouting rude, demeaning, and obscene words and comments will not be tolerated.
To Participants Guardians
- 44CLASH is different from other yoyo contests. During the event smoking and drinking is allowed, the club is dark so please keep an eye on your kids. During the performances/competition, yoyos might accidentally fly and hit you. Please understand that 44CLASH will not be responsible for these unavoidable accidents.
